Visiting Tromsø was an unforgettable adventure, one that totally blew me away. Honestly, I am not usually one for cold climates, my natural habitat is swinging awkwardly in a hammock from two palm trees whilst trying not to spill coconut juice on myself! So a trip above the Arctic Circle was highly anticipated.
The moment I stepped off the plane, I was greeted by crisp, invigorating Arctic air that blasted away any preconceptions I had of this incredible place. Surrounded by snowcapped peaks and wishing I’d packed more thermal undies, I was about to embark on the most incredible trip.
Let’s be honest, there’s no sight quite like the northern lights. Just that alone made freezing my tits off through the long night worthwhile enough!
