    How long do you need to travel Central, East and South Asia?

    It really depends on how many countries you want to visit. 3 to 4 weeks is enough to explore one or two destinations, while a month or more gives you the chance to experience the region at a more relaxed pace.

    Is Central, East and South Asia good for solo travel?

    Definitely. Whether you're exploring Japan's cities, trekking in Nepal or travelling around Sri Lanka, you'll find plenty of destinations that are well suited to solo travellers. Just be sure to research each country individually, as customs, transport and travel styles can vary.

    Is it expensive to travel Central, East and South Asia?

    Not necessarily. While countries like Japan are generally more expensive, destinations such as India, Nepal and Sri Lanka offer excellent value for money. Whatever your budget, it's easy to build an itinerary that works for you, especially with some forward thinking.

    Is it easy to travel between countries?

    It can be, but distances are much greater than in regions like Europe. Many travellers focus on one or two countries per trip, using a mix of flights, trains and buses to get around. Planning ahead can help you make the most of your time.
